I have been experiencing the exact same issue recently. I experienced it 7 months ago. Dealer couldn't find any solution. Issue suddenly disappeared. Now it popped up again. This time , right handside buttons of steering wheel is not working either. Issue is still interminent. It occurs sometimes.
I have a friend of mine who had the same issue. The dealer couldn't find any solution for his car either. But issue suddenly went away on his car too.
Did you find any solution? I am really fed up with this car.
Note: i am on the software version "1969" with "H61 Multimedia Hardware" . My friend's Cupra Leon has the exact same software and hardware.
